Issues related to Seafarers 

Seafarers facing issues related to their pending salary and sign-off may forward their grievances to Consulate by sending the duly filled in Complaint Form through email on consssec.dubai@mea.gov.in. [Form] 

Upon receipt of the complaint from the seafarers, the Consulate takes up the matter with the owner / agent of the vessel, local authorities and Directorate General of Shipping, Govt. of India for resolving the issue.
