Appointment Portal for availing Passport, Visa and Attestation Services at Embassy and Consulate General of India

For administrative reasons, Passport-Visa-Attestation services are presently being extended directly on appointment basis at the premises of the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General in Dubai.

  1. 2. For the convenience to the applicants, the appointment portal is now available to obtain this Passport, Visa & Attestation services. All applicants can book an appointment at the portal - book.passportindiauae.com. The appointment will be released at 8:00PM on 6th July for the services on 7th July.
  2. 3. The applicants holding prior appointment will be allowed entry 15 minutes before the appointment time. In order to avoid crowding, only applicants will be allowed entry inside the Embassy and Consulate premise, except for minor applicants where both parents are required to be present.
  3. 4. The entry in the Embassy in Abu Dhabi for applying for CPV services will be from the Main gate of the Embassy located at Al Safarat Street, Abu Dhabi. All queries and clarifications, including those related to delivery of documents will be addressed at the Consular Wing located at Unit No. 101, 1st Floor, Guardian Tower (Technip Building), Al Ishirah Street, Abu Dhabi.
  4. 5. The entry at the Consulate General of India in Dubai for applying for Passport, Visa & Attestation services will be from Gate no. 1. There will be no walk-in application at Consulate General of India, Dubai.
  5. 6. Walk-in services, on limited scale, will be available from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the premises of the Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Priority will be given to New born cases & Emergency Certificates.
  6. 7. The following guidelines be kindly adhered to for fast and smooth service delivery:

It is brought to the notice of the general public that with effect from 1 July 2026, BLS International and SGIVS Global are no longer the Outsourced Service Providers of the Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi and Consulate General of India, Dubai for providing any consular services. Passport, Visa and Attestation services are now being rendered directly by the Embassy and the Consulate from their own premises.

  1. All appointments for passport, visa and attestation services can be booked directly through the official appointment portal at no cost whatsoever. The appointment portal is book.passportindiauae.com. No fee is charged for booking an appointment, and no third party is authorized to charge for this service.
  2. The general public is further informed that:
  1. Any person who has been misled, overcharged, or misinformed by any entity, or any individual/agency, falsely claiming affiliation with the Embassy/Consulate is requested to report the matter to Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi or the Consulate General of India, Dubai through their official contact channels.
  2. The public is requested to remain cautious and to rely only on official channels for all information pertaining to passport/visa and attestation-related services.
