NOC for the Marriage of an Indian National with Foreign National in UAE
1. Applicant (Indian bride/bridegroom) seeking NOC for his/her marriage with foreign national in UAE should visit Consulate General of India, Dubai along with a request letter mentioning the details of his proposed marriage;
2. Singleness Certificate of prospective Indian bride/bridegroom for Indian Nationals holding U.A.E. residence visa. Kindly approach IVS Global Attestation Centre (https://sgivs.com).
3. Original passport, Emirates ID & one set photo copies of prospective bride & bridegroom (both Indian national and foreign national);
4. Service fee – AED48/-(in cash) to be deposited in Consulate; &
5. Timings: Monday to Thursday: 8.30 a.m. to 12 noon
Friday: 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. only.
