Subject:- Revision of Passport Fees

Government of India has revised the fees for passport and other passport- related services with effect from July 1, 2026. The revised fee structure will be uniformly applicable at the Consulate General of India, Abu Dhabi, the Consulate General of India, Dubai, and at the Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) operated by the outsourced service provider in the United Arab Emirates.

NOTE:

      1. 'NA'' means "Not Applicable".

      2. The validity of passports issued under Serial Number I(a) shall not exceed ten years.

      3. Validity of passports issued under serial number I(b) shall be for five years or until the applicant attains the age of 18 years, whichever is earlier.

      4. Applicable service fee of the outsourced service provider and Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) charges will be levied additionally wherever applicable.

  • Total fee for a service is addition of service fee for the respective service availed, ICWF Charge and Fee. [For example- The total charges for renewal of Ordinary passport for an adult will be- AED302.5 (285 + 8.05+9.45)]

  • The passport validity for minor applicant (age less than 18 years) will not be beyond 18 years of their age. However, the applicants with age between 15 and 18 years have the option of applying for full validity passport (10 years) after paying fee for full validity passport (AED 285).

  • Any other charge or fee apart from the above mentioned charges is purely optional service and it is up to the applicant to avail it or not. In no circumstance the applicant can be compelled to pay for the optional value added services if they choose not to avail it including form filling, photocopy, photograph, courier service and SMS alerts.
