You may approach Consulate General of India, Dubai for providing possible assistance in resolving your marital dispute. |

You may forward your complaint to the Consulate to contact your spouse for settlement of marital dispute. In case, your husband doesn’t cooperate with such settlement, you may take judicial recourse. |

I am residing in UAE. How can I apply for legal and financial assistance provided by the Ministry of External Affairs? |
You may approach Consulate for free legal counselling. Legal/financial assistance to Indian women abandoned / cheated / abused by their NRI / PIO or foreign spouses on a strictly means-tested basis (upto seven years after their marriage). |

Issue of Foreign Passport does not fall within the jurisdiction of Indian authorities. You may approach the concerned Embassy/Consulate of the passport issuing country of your spouse. |

Visa related issues are dealt by the authorities of the concerned foreign country who issued your husband’s foreign Visa. You may approach UAE authorities for VISA related issues. |

How can I get details of Visa and Employment of my overseas Indian spouse who is residing abroad? |
Details of visa or employment of individuals are not available with the Consulate. You may approach the UAE Embassy in India or local authorities in UAE to get access to such details. |

How can I get my overseas Indian husband’s application for PR rejected/ revoked? |
PR is a sovereign matter of the concerned foreign government and it is beyond the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of India, Dubai. |

How can I get the Residence Permit of my overseas Indian husband cancelled? |
You may approach the UAE Embassy in India or local authorities in UAE for assistance and guidance. |
