This is with reference to Tender No. Dubai/Admn/815/01/2026 dated 30.03.2026 for hiring of 12 Local Security Guards for the Consulate General of India, Dubai and the Residence of the Consul General.

Chapter VII-Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG)

Whether the Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) is 5% of the total contract value or 5% of the one-year contract value

It is confirmed that the PBG shall be 5% of the total value of the entire contract period. Further details are available in Chapter VII of the RFP (Tender Document).

Chapter IX : Termination of Contract

Clarification regarding termination conditions: 06 months’ notice period for the Consulate and 02 months’ notice period for the Service Provider
