Establishment of DGCOM center for reporting of grievances of Indian seafarers
Directorate General of Shipping has created a centralized nodal point called ‘DGCOM’ for reporting all complaints/grievances of Indian seafarers. The circular issued by the Directorate General of Shipping is attached herewith for the benefit of the sea farers.
