Total fee for a service is addition of service fee for the respective service availed, ICWF Charge and BLS Fee. [For example- The total charges for renewal of Ordinary passport for an adult will be- AED302.5 (285 + 8.05+9.45)]

The passport validity for minor applicant (age less than 18 years) will not be beyond 18 years of their age. However, the applicants with age between 15 and 18 years have the option of applying for full validity passport (10 years) after paying fee for full validity passport (AED 285).

Any other charge or fee apart from the above mentioned charges is purely optional service and it is up to the applicant to avail it or not. In no circumstance the applicant can be compelled to pay for the optional value added services if they choose not to avail it including form filling, photocopy, photograph, courier service and SMS alerts.
