Procedure for applying for Indian Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for foreign nationalities
PCC applications are to be submitted to BLS Center along with required documents/ fees. For more information visit BLS’s website at https://www.blsindiavisa-uae.com/ or call the BLS helpline at 04-2555530.
Documents required :
Current original foreign passport, photocopy of foreign passport
UAE Emirates ID copy / UAE visa copy
Request letter from applicant stating for what purpose they are applying for Indian PCC
Copy of Latest Police Clearance Certificate in English with current passport details (original to be shown) obtained from UAE Authorities. Validity of local PCC is only for 3 months from the date of issue.
Proof of residency in India for the stay like work experience/educational certificate/any other valid document copy like OCI.

Personal Particulars form (in triplicate) (Form Attached)
After submitting the PCC application at the BLS center, foreign nationals must visit the Consular Section of the Indian Consulate on the following working day during operating hours for an interview, collection of their original passport and filling up of form.
