INDEX Exhibition 2018

Index Exhibition was held at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from 16th – 18th September, 2018. A total of 50 Indian companies participated at the show. These companies were under the banner of three organizations namely Export Promotion Council of Handicrafts (EPCH), Wool & Woolen Export Promotion Council (WWEPC) and the Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC). The Consul General inaugurated the India pavilion and interacted with the Indian exhibitors at the venue.




23rd Beautyworld Middle East

 

Consul General of India to Dubai inaugurated the Indian pavilion at the 23rd Beautyworld Middle East at DWTC Dubai on May 8, 2018. 92 Indian companies are participating in this event out of which 10 companies have come through India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), 10 through CHEMEXCIL and 10 from SHEFEXIL. The India Pavilion is organized in an area of 270 sq. mtrs.





Automechanika Dubai from 1-3 May, 2018:

EEPC India (formerly Engineering Export Promotion Council) organized the India pavilion at Automechanika Dubai at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. They brought more than 100 member companies from the automobile sector to showcase their products and capabilities over an area of approx. 1000 sq. mts. Consul General Vipul inaugurated the India pavilion on 1st May.



Index Design Series from 26-29 March, 2018

The India Pavilion at the Index Design Series held at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre was inaugurated by Consul General Vipul on 26 March, 2018. 25 Indian companies participated at the event as exhibitors. They were represented by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts and the Carpet Export Promotion Council of India.
  


Gulfood from 18th – 22nd Feb, 2018

The India pavilion at Gulfood 2018 was inaugurated by the Ambassador Navdeep Suri on 18th Feb, 2018. Over 300 companies under various government organizations like APEDA, All India Rice Exporters Association (AIREA), the Cashew Export Promotion Council of India and Tea Board of India participated in the event. Senior government officials from the Ministry of Commerce, Tea Board of India, Govt. of West Bengal and Government of Maharashtra held one on one meeting with key players in the food processing sector during the five days of the event.




India Pavilion inaugurated at Intersec 2018

   Consul General Vipul inaugurated the India Pavilion at the 20th edition of Intersec Dubai 2018. Indian Chamber of Commerce under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, is organizing the India Pavilion at the exhibition that is scheduled to run from 21 to 23 January 2018. 47 Indian companies are exhibiting their products in an area of around 324 sq. mtr.

The Indian safety and security industry is flourishing with the primary driving force coming from the growth in sectors such as airports, construction, energy, ports, telecom, railways, road and retail coupled with the influx of multinational companies. The electronic security market in India has seen an annual growth of 15-20% and is one of the large sub sectors in the Indian security market. This includes access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion alarm etc. The fire protection industry has also gained importance in recent years. India is also emerging as a key player in high end manufacturing of safety equipments. Government of India has also taken various initiatives intended for uplifting the overall industry.




Arab Health, 2018 

Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India and EEPC organized the India Pavilion at Arab Health 2018 which was held during 29th January – 1st February 2018 at Dubai International Exhibition Center. 65 Indian pharma and medical devices companies participated in the Pharmexcil pavilion. The India Pavilion was inaugurated by Consul Economic, Mr. Pankaj Bodkhe on 29th January, 2018.
