Press Release on Nominations for Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Awards – 2019

        Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India has issued a notification inviting nominations for Pravasi Bharatiya Samman for the year 2019. As in the past a total of 30 awards will be conferred on prominent Non-Resident Indians, Person of Indian Origin or an organization or institution established and run by NRI/PIO from across the world at the Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan to be held in January 2019 in India.
The notification this time also provides for self nomination under which an individual or organization eligible for award could nominate himself or herself directly. The format for nomination is attached.
The complete nomination forms may be sent to the email address: pbsaward@mea.gov.in and the hard copy at the following address: Dr. Manoj Kumar Mohapatra, Joint Secretary (OIA.II), Ministry of External Affairs, Room No.916, Akbar Bhawan, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021.
 The last date for sending the nominations is May 15, 2018.
