ICC Organizes India Pavilion at the Intersec 2018

1. Indian Chamber of Commerce under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, will be organizing an India Pavilion at the 20th edition of Intersec Exhibition in Dubai scheduled during 21 – 23 January 2018 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Consul General Vipul shall be inaugurating the India Pavilion at Intersec Dubai 2018. 47 Indian exhibitors will be exhibiting their products in an area of around 324 sq. mtr.

2. The Indian safety and security industry is flourishing with the primary driving force coming from the growth in sectors such as airports, construction, energy, ports, telecom, railways, road and retail coupled with the influx of multinational companies. The electronic security market in India has seen an annual growth of 15-20% and is one of the large sub sectors in the Indian security market. This includes access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion alarm etc. The fire protection industry has also gained importance in recent years. India is also emerging as a key player in high end manufacturing of safety equipments. The Government of India has also taken various initiatives intended for uplifting the overall industry.
